Ingredients

  • 12 ounces low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, in chunks
  • 1 can (28 oz) chop suey vegetables, drained
  • 3 cups hot cooked rice

How To Make quick chop suey

  • Step 1
    Whisk together chicken broth, cornstarch, and soy sauce. Cook and stir until thickened. Add chicken and vegetables.
  • Step 2
    Heat through. Serve over rice
