This tasty recipe is quick and easy. I used ground chicken instead of cubed and it turned out super good.

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces carton campbell's creamy herb & garlic with chicken stock soup
  • 2 cups cubed or ground, cooked chicken
  • 1 package 12. oz frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup biscuit baking mix

How To Make quick chicken pot pie

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 400 F. Cook chicken Stir soup, cooked chicken and vegetables into a 9" deep-dish pie pan
  • Step 2
    Stir milk, egg, and baking mix in a small bowl Spread batter over chicken mixture
  • Step 3
    Bake 25 minutes, or until topping is golden brown
