- 1 can corn
- 1 can pinto beans, cooked
- 2 cans chili ready tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
How To Make quick chicken chili

Step 1Over medium heat add oil to stew pot

Step 2Add onions saute till almost clear Add garlic

Step 3Add chicken..cook till done then add chicken stock

Step 4Add the cans of Tomatoes Beans Corn Drained Add cilantro

Step 5Add Cumin salt pepper to taste

Step 6Simmer 10 min over medium low heat
