Ingredients
- 2 cans rotel tomatoes (original)
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can dark kidney beans
- 1 can sweet corn kernals
- 1-2 can chicken (you can use shredded chicken but that takes longer)
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
How To Make quick chicken chili

Step 1Drain beans, corn, and chicken. Put all the ingredients in a deep skillet/wok/pot.

Step 2If you like a "soupier" consistency, add a small can of tomato puree.

Step 3Heat ingredients on med-high until heated through, stirring occassionally. Serve over rice.
