Ingredients

  • 2 cans rotel tomatoes (original)
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can dark kidney beans
  • 1 can sweet corn kernals
  • 1-2 can chicken (you can use shredded chicken but that takes longer)
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

How To Make quick chicken chili

  • Step 1
    Drain beans, corn, and chicken. Put all the ingredients in a deep skillet/wok/pot.
  • Step 2
    If you like a "soupier" consistency, add a small can of tomato puree.
  • Step 3
    Heat ingredients on med-high until heated through, stirring occassionally. Serve over rice.
