Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds skinless chicken (i use chicken breasts) the recipe calls for chicken thighs
  • 1 quart water to cook noodles in
  • 2 packages chicken flavored ramen noodles
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 - cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth (warmed)
  • 1 medium onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2/3 cup carrots (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup celery (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cups cabbage (thinly sliced)

How To Make quick chicken and noodle stir fry

  • Step 1
    cook chicken and cut into small strips. set aside. cook noodles for 2 minutes drain and set aside. (DO NOT ADD FLAVOR PACKET AT THIS TIME). In large pan or wok heat oil. Add garlic, onion, carrots and celery. stir fry until almost soft. Add flavor packet. stir into vegies. Add cabbage and cook until cabbage is almost done. Add chicken then add noodles and warmed chicken broth. serve.
