Quick Chicken and Noodle Stir Fry

This recipe is quick and easy and has a really good taste!

1 1/2 lb
skinless chicken (i use chicken breasts) the recipe calls for chicken thighs
1 qt
water to cook noodles in
2 pkg
chicken flavored ramen noodles
1/4 c
cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 c
chicken broth (warmed)
1 medium
onion (thinly sliced)
2/3 c
carrots (thinly sliced)
1 c
celery (thinly sliced)
2 c
cabbage (thinly sliced)


1cook chicken and cut into small strips. set aside.
cook noodles for 2 minutes drain and set aside. (DO NOT ADD FLAVOR PACKET AT THIS TIME).
In large pan or wok heat oil. Add garlic, onion, carrots and celery. stir fry until almost soft.
Add flavor packet. stir into vegies.
Add cabbage and cook until cabbage is almost done.
Add chicken
then add noodles and warmed chicken broth. serve.
