Quick Chicken and Dumplings
How to Make Quick Chicken and Dumplings
- Heat 1-1/2 c. milk, peas and carrots, chicken, and soup to boiling.
- Combine biscuit mix and 1/3 c. milk to form a soft dough. Drop by spoonfulls on the top of the boiling chicken mixture. Don't stir! Sprinkle with paprika. Cook uncovered on low 10 minutes. Cover and cook 10 minutes longer.
