- 2 boneless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup full-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
- salt and pepper, to taste

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Step 2Line a small baking sheet with foil/parchment.

Step 4Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Step 5Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a small bowl.
