Ingredients

  • 3 cans large cans of chunk white or mixed chicken
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can canned buttermilk biscuits
  • 3 tablespoons milk

How To Make quick and easy chicken pot pie

  • Step 1
    Combine chicken, milk, vegetables and cream of chicken soup in a large pan or dutch oven. Cook on Med/High heat until vegetables are close to done.
  • Step 2
    Pour chicken mixture into a 9 x 12 casserole dish. Top with flattened biscuits and bake in a 350 degree oven until tops of biscuits are golden brown.
  • Step 3
    Let cool for 5 minutes out of oven and serve. Enjoy!
