quick and easy chicken parmesan

This is so quick and easy to make and so darn good!!!! The chicken is so moist. The trick is too not over cook it. If you want you after cooking you can top with spaghetti sauce and cheese and heat for another 5 minutes just long enough melt the cheese. YUM!!!!!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs (i use italian flavored)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 slices chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless

How To Make quick and easy chicken parmesan

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees, spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray
  • Step 2
    combine the first 7 ingredients stir to mix well.
  • Step 3
    Dip each chicken breast in melted butter and then coat with the bread crumb mixture
  • Step 4
    Bake in pre heated oven until no longer pink in the middle and the juices run clear, about 25 minutes.I use a poultry thermometer after 25 minutes which should read 165 degree's
