I dont remember when i came up with these burritos. When i love a recipe if i can make it easier i will. That is what i did with these burritos. I added the refried beans as a little twist. Hope ya'll enjoy! :o)

How to Make Quick and easy Chicken Burritos

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven at 350
  2. Drain chicken. Place chicken and taco seasoning mix in a gallon sized zip-lock baggy. Shake until mixed thouroughly.
  3. Take one flour tortilla and layer as follows - about 1-2 Tbls. refried beans on bottom - Chicken - about 1-2 Tbls. shredded cheese. Fold into a burrito ( bottom up first then each side rolled in to meet each other)
    Repeat until all six burritos are made.
  4. Wrap each burrito in aluminum foil. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
    You can add Taco sauce - cheese and sour cream on top to serve if you like, with a salad on the side topped with an avocado slice.
