Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2/3 - 1 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoons onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard (or mustard of your choice)
How To Make pretzel-baked chicken breasts

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a large baking pan with cooking spray.

Step 2Place each chicken breast under plastic wrap and pound to 1/4 inch thickness.

Step 3Combine crushed pretzel crumbs, mustard powder, onion powder, and 1/2 tsp pepper - mix well to combine.

Step 4Coat each chicken breast (front & back) with Dijon mustard and press into the pretzel crumbs until evenly coated. Use remaining crumbs to fill in spots that are bare.

Step 5Place each chicken breast on the baking sheet and lightly spray them with cooking spray. Bake approximately 15-18 minutes or until cooked through.

Step 6Serve chicken with your favorite honey mustard dressing or sauce.
