This stick-to-your ribs chicken casserole is great for potlucks. The golden crumb topping adds a little crunch to each serving.

Ingredients

  • 8 c
    cooked chicken, cubed (or canned chicken)
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup (regular size)
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    butter flavored crackers, crushed (about 25)
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1 tsp
    celery seed

How to Make Potluck Chicken Casserole - Steph

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine chicken, soup and sour cream; spread into a greased 9 x 13" baking dish. Combine cracker crumbers, butter, and celerly seed and sprinkle over chicken mixture.
  2. Bake, uncovered, 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes or until bubbly. ENJOY!
