Potluck Chicken Cassarole
8 ccubed, cooked chicken
20 1/2 ozcondensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted (2 cans)
1 csour cream
1 tspcelery seed
1 ccrushed crackers
2 Tbspbutter, melted
How to Make Potluck Chicken Cassarole
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine soup and sour cream, mix until well blended; add cubed chicken and stir until all cubes are coated.
Spread mixture into a lightly greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish.
- In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter, then stir in the crushed crackers until well coated.
Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken.
- Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until bubbly around the edges.
