Potato Chip Chicken
6chicken breasts, or 8-10 chicken tenderloins.
1bag potato chips, crushed up (i put chips in a large ziploc and crush them with hands and rolling pin)
1/2 tspgarlic salt/granulated garlic
1/2 tsponion salt
1 tspworcestershire sauce
How to Make Potato Chip Chicken
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease low-sided baking dish.
- Melt butter and add all ingredients except chicken and chips. Dip chicken in butter mixture, then roll chicken in crushed potato chips.
- Bake 45 minutes or until tender. If using tenderloins, bake 25-30 minutes, or until done and tender.
- I like to serve this with rice and some vegetable on the side.
