Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pound ring of polish sausage, sliced
- - more regular onions, chopped (optional)
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make potato casserole

Step 1In a large bowl mix the butter and the potatoes, add the remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 1 ½ hours, covered.
