This is one of my favorite recipes. You can use any flavor cheese you want, or any type of meat you want.

2 lb
frozen hash browns, thawed 
1 pt
sour cream
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
2 Tbsp
butter, melted
1 bunch
green onions, chopped
2 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb
ring of polish sausage, sliced
more regular onions, chopped (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Potato Casserole


  • 1In a large bowl mix the butter and the potatoes, add the remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish.
    Bake at 350 for 1 ½ hours, covered.
