- 4 or 5 - chicken leg quarter
- 1 can - peas and carrots
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup flour
How To Make pot pie

Step 1boil and debone chicken, place in bottom of 9z13 pan. drain and spread vegetables over chicken. in a saucepan put chicken broth and flour cook until it thickens.

Step 2topping: 1 cup buttermilk, 1 stick margarine, 1 egg 1 cup of self rising flour. mix all together and pour over chicken mixture, * leftover turkey is great instead of chicken also.
