Ingredients
- 1 package fried rice rice-a - roni
- 4 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 36 buttery crackers such as ritz crushed
- 6 tablespoons butter melted
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
How To Make poppy seed chicken casserole

Step 1Preheat oven 375 degrees. Cook the rice-a-roni according to package directions.Place it in the bottom of a sprayed baking pan.

Step 2In a bowl mix the chicken, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup together. Place on top of the rice in baking pan.

Step 3Add the cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.

Step 4In a bowl melt the butter and stir in the crackers. Place cracker on top of the cheese layer. Sprinkle with Poppy seeds

Step 5Bake for 30 minutes and serve.
