This makes 4 casseroles. Yummy recipe that began as a fundraiser for my kids pre-school. Each parent was given the recipe and the disposable containers. After making and freezing, they were sold and were a major hit and great fundraiser.

Ingredients For poppy seed chicken -and some for freezer

4 lbchicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cooked

32 ozsour cream

4 boxprepared rice-a roni

4 pkgritz crackers crumbled

2 cbutter, melted

4 Tbsppoppyseeds

4 cancream of celery soup
How To Make poppy seed chicken -and some for freezer

1cut cooked chicken into 1 1/2 inch pieces, or shread.

2Prepare Rice a roni, and Divide into 4 casserole dishes or disposable pans.

3combine soup, chicken and sour cream. Layer on top of Rice a Roni.

4Combine cracker crumbs and butter, then divide between the casseroles and put on top. sprinkle with poppy seeds.

5Either FREEZE , or Bake 350 covered, then uncover and cook 15 minutes more. MAKES 4 CASSEROLES
