This is a good potluck dish. Simple and even picky eaters will like it. This recipe is not like the other ones for this, I have kicked it up a bit. Hope you like it.

Ingredients

  • 4 c
    cooked and diced chicken
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup (healthy choice)
  • 8 oz
    container of sour cream
  • 2
    tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 3/4
    sleeve ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 small
    can of diced green chilies, drained
  • 1 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, melted

How to Make Poppy Seed Chicken and Green Chilies Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the cheddar cheese.
  3. Pour into a prepared baking dish and top with the cheddar cheese. Bake until bubbly.
