This is a good potluck dish. Simple and even picky eaters will like it. This recipe is not like the other ones for this, I have kicked it up a bit. Hope you like it.

Ingredients For poppy seed chicken and green chilies casserole

  • 4 c
    cooked and diced chicken
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup (healthy choice)
  • 8 oz
    container of sour cream
  • 2
    tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 3/4
    sleeve ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 sm
    can of diced green chilies, drained
  • 1 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, melted

How To Make poppy seed chicken and green chilies casserole

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the cheddar cheese.

    Pour into a prepared baking dish and top with the cheddar cheese. Bake until bubbly.
