I learned this recipe when I was 15 and my family loved it. We serve a HUGE batch every year at the Family Reunion. It is quick and easy to make. Even my extremely picky daughter will eat this. Unfortunately, no picture yet

Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken cut into bite size pieces
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 stick ritz crackers crushed
- 1 stick butter melted
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
How To Make poppy seed chicken

Step 1This serves 2-4 people and can easily be doubled. Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Cut chicken into bite size pieces and bake in 350 oven until cooked.

Step 3Mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream in bowl and set aside.

Step 4Crush 1 stack ritz crackers and mix with melted butter and poppy seeds.

Step 5Drain chicken and replace in pan. Top with soup mixture. Then Sprinkle cracker mixture over top.

Step 6Bake in oven at 350 for 30 min or until bubbly. Wonderful alone or with sides. Excellent reheated as well.
