1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic
1 - small onion
1/2 cup chicken stock
2 cans italian tomatoes (28 ounce)
3-4 - basil leaves
- salt, to taste

How To Make pomodoro sauce for chicken parmesan

Step 1

Over medium heat, melt the butter with the olive oil. Add onion and garlic. Cook until very soft. Add tomatoes and basil. Simmer 20-30 minutes. Add salt to taste.
