Another recipe from the great state of Hawaii. My best friend goes there at least twice a year to visit friends and always brings back a great recipe or two to share.

Ingredients
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 pounds chicken wing drummettes
- 1 medium red pepper , cut into one inch squares
- 1 medium yellow pepper, cut into one inch squares
- 1 can pineapple chunks , drained..ten and a half ounces
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
How To Make polynesian chicken wings

Step 1Combine first five ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer over medium heat for about ten minutes. Cool.

Step 2Wash chicken and pat dry. Place in a large resealable plastic bag and add marinade. Seal and shake, making sure everything is coated evenly. Place in the refrigerator for at least six hours, turning several times.

Step 3Preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat a thirteen by nine inch baking dish with non stick spray. Remove chicken from marinade and place in dish. Stir in peppers and pineapple. Bake until chick en is golden brown, about forty minutes, turning half way through cooking time. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to garnish. May be served hot or at room temperature.
