This can be made ahead of time by putting in a casserole dish and refrigerating until later or the next day. Then Heat in oven at 350 for 30 minutes.

  • 8 oz
    egg noodles
  • 1/2 c
    onion, chopped
  • 1 c
    green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 can(s)
    mushroom soup
  • 2 c
    chicken, cooked and chopped
  • 1 jar(s)
  • 1 c
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp

How to Make Pollo Tetrazzini


  1. cook noodles according to package directions
  2. Saute onion & green pepper in butter. Add mushrooms.
  3. Add mushroom soup, chicken, milk, salt & pepper.
    Simmer 5 minutes
  4. Combine noodles with sauce and parmesan cheese.
  5. Serve.
