Ingredients
- 8 ounces can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup picante sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, crushed
- 2 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned, split
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 medium onions, peeled and quartered
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

Step 1Combine tomato sauce, picante sauce, cumin, garlic salt and oregano; mix well.

Step 2Cut chicken into 1\" pieces; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 3Cook chicken and onions in oil in large skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently, until chicken is lightly browned and almost cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes.

Step 4Stir tomato sauce mixture into skillet; mix well.

Step 5Stir in zucchini.

Step 6Cover and simmer 5 minutes.

Step 7Uncover; cook and stir about 1 minute to thicken sauce, if necessary.

Step 8Serve with additional picante sauce.
