How to Make Pollo ala Crema
- Heat oil in large skillet. Add chicken and onion. Saute until chicken is no longer pink.
- Add minced garlic, mushrooms,mexican cream (media crema by Nestle found in mexican aisle), all spice, paprika and chicken base.
- Cook until it starts to bubble. then reduce heat, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add sour cream. Serve with warm tortillas, rice and beans.
