Tender pieces of chicken, mushrooms, onion in a creamy sauce. This is one of my favorite dishes when we eat out! Since the chef that makes it is already married...I created my own.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders
- 1 large onion
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup mexican cream
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon allspice, ground
- 1/2 tablespoon paprika
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon chicken base
- 2 tablespoons oil
How To Make pollo ala crema

Step 1Heat oil in large skillet. Add chicken and onion. Saute until chicken is no longer pink.

Step 2Add minced garlic, mushrooms,mexican cream (media crema by Nestle found in mexican aisle), all spice, paprika and chicken base.

Step 3Cook until it starts to bubble. then reduce heat, simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 4Remove from heat and add sour cream. Serve with warm tortillas, rice and beans.
