when hubby was asked what his fav pizza is...this is it...

your fav pizza crust [i like using frozen bread dough,each loaf makes 2 pizzas]
1 bottle
hickory flavored b'bque sauce
1 lb
chicken tender
1 medium
red bell peppers
1 medium
yellow onions
1 can(s)
sm black olives
1 1/2 c
monterey jack cheese
1 1/2 medium
mozzarella cheese, low-fat
parmesan cheese

How to Make pizzza...with a twist


  • 1set oven to 450 bake crust for 10 min remove crust from oven set aside turn oven to 350
  • 2while crust is cooking...cut chicken into small pieces and fry in lg pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray....once chicken no longer pink add onions and peppers cook til onions limp but not browned...add olives turn off let cool a few min
  • 3pour bout 1/2 the b'bque sauce into chicken mix the other 1/2 pour onto pizza crust ... spread around evenly add chickem mix take 2 cheesse mix togthher.. spread over chicken mix sprinkle with parmesan bake 20-25 min let rest bout 5 min after taking out of oven before slicing
