Got this recipe from Lodge cook book. Made a few changs to the recipe. Witch now I call mine. great for camping.

Ingredients
- 1 - chicken, whole,cut up & skinned.
- - salt and pepper,to taste
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 3 cans 14-1/2 oz of pasta sauce
- 8 slices bacon
- 2 large cans mushrooms
- teaspoon olive oil
How To Make pistol rock chiken

Step 1In a large zip-lock bag put chicken (pat dry first) pieces,flour,salt,pepper,and garicl powder. Seal and shake to mix well In a large dutch oven cook bacon till chrisp. Remove from oven,and set a side. Drain all dippings but 2 teaspoons.

Step 2To the oven add olive oil. Add chicken,and brown on all sides. Pour in 3cans of pasta sause,2 cans of mushrooms,and crumbled bacon. Spread over chicken. Simmer untill sause thickens,abought 1-1 &1/2 hours. Serve over rice or pasta.
