Ingredients

  • 2 c
    brown rice
  • 1 small
    fresh pineapple (diced)
  • 2 Tbsp
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 medium
    onion ( chunks)
  • 1 medium
    red pepper ( chunks)
  • 1 lb
    boneless skinless chicken (cubed)
  • 1 c
    sweet & sour sauce

How to Make Pineapple Sweet & Sour Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Prepare rice according to package directions
  2. Heat oil in large skillet over med heat add peppers & onions cook until tender crisp. Remove veggies from skillet ;set aside
  3. cook chicken in same skillet untill brwned and cook through. Add veggies back to skillet with sweet n sour and pineapple. Heat through. Serve with cooked rice
