Ingredients

  • 2 - chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • 3 tablespoons salad oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

How To Make pineapple-chicken

  • Step 1
    Cut chicken in 1" pieces and toss with a mixture of flour,salt and pepper. Drain pineapple reserving 2 cups of juice.
  • Step 2
    Heat oil in skillet. Saute chicken 5 minutes until brown. Add drained pineapple cover and cook over a low heat 55 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Mix soy sauce, cornstarch,vinegar and reserved pineapple juice. Stir in pan until thickened. Serve on hot rice or chinese noodles.
