Ingredients

chicken breasts
2 Tbsp
flour
1 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
1 can(s)
pineapple chunks
3 Tbsp
salad oil
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 Tbsp
cornstarch
1 tsp
vinegar

How to Make Pineapple-Chicken

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cut chicken in 1" pieces and toss with a mixture of flour,salt and pepper. Drain pineapple reserving 2 cups of juice.
  • 2Heat oil in skillet. Saute chicken 5 minutes until brown. Add drained pineapple cover and cook over a low heat 55 minutes.
  • 3Mix soy sauce, cornstarch,vinegar and reserved pineapple juice. Stir in pan until thickened. Serve on hot rice or chinese noodles.
