Ingredients
- 2 - chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 3 tablespoons salad oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
How To Make pineapple-chicken

Step 1Cut chicken in 1" pieces and toss with a mixture of flour,salt and pepper. Drain pineapple reserving 2 cups of juice.

Step 2Heat oil in skillet. Saute chicken 5 minutes until brown. Add drained pineapple cover and cook over a low heat 55 minutes.

Step 3Mix soy sauce, cornstarch,vinegar and reserved pineapple juice. Stir in pan until thickened. Serve on hot rice or chinese noodles.
