This is a great recipie if your craving Stir-fry for dinner. The soy sauce gives it's flavor while the pineapple gives it a bit of sweetness!

    soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 2
    garlic cloves, minched
  • 1 lb
    boneless skinless chicken breast cut into strips
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 pkg
    (16oz) frozen stir-fry begetables
  • 1 can(s)
    (8oz) can unsweetened pineapple chuncks, drained
  • ·
    hot cooked rice of your choice

How to Make Pineapple Chicken Stir-fry

Step-by-Step

  1. For Sauce
    In a small bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients; set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, stir-fry chicken in oil for 5-6 minutes or untill juices run clear. Add the vegetables; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or untill crisp-tender. Stir in the pineapple and the reserved soy sauce mixture; heat through. Serve the stir-fry over rice of your choice.
