Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 package frozen stir-fry vegetables (16 oz)
  • 1 can unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained (8 oz)
  • - hot cooked rice of your choice

How To Make pineapple chicken stir-fry

  • Combine the soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, ketchup, ground ginger, and minced garlic.

  • Fry chicken in oil for 5-6 minutes or until juices run clear.
