Pineapple Chicken Stir-fry

This is a great recipie if your craving Stir-fry for dinner. The soy sauce gives it's flavor while the pineapple gives it a bit of sweetness!
Ingredients

1/4 csoy sauce
-
2 Tbspsugar
-
1 Tbspvinegar
-
1 Tbspketchup
-
1/2 tspground ginger
-
2garlic cloves, minched
-
1 lbboneless skinless chicken breast cut into strips

2 Tbspvegetable oil
-
1 pkg(16oz) frozen stir-fry begetables
-
1 can(s)(8oz) can unsweetened pineapple chuncks, drained

·hot cooked rice of your choice
How to Make Pineapple Chicken Stir-fry
- For Sauce
In a small bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients; set aside. - In a large skillet or wok, stir-fry chicken in oil for 5-6 minutes or untill juices run clear. Add the vegetables; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or untill crisp-tender. Stir in the pineapple and the reserved soy sauce mixture; heat through. Serve the stir-fry over rice of your choice.
