- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 package frozen stir-fry vegetables (16 oz)
- 1 can unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained (8 oz)
- - hot cooked rice of your choice

Step 1For the sauce, combine the soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, ketchup, ground ginger, and minced garlic in a bowl. Set aside.
