Ingredients
- 4 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 can crushed pineapple in it own juice
- 1 jar apricot sugarfree preserves
- 3 dashes soy sauce, low sodium
- 4 cups brown rice, cooked
How To Make pineapple and apricot chicken

Step 1Cook chicken at 350 Degreee. In a line a pan with non stick tin foil. Then put your bonelest chickenbrest into the pan after your trim the fat off the chicken

Step 2Then coat your ckicken breast with the apricot preserves. Then put the crushed pineapple on top and add the soy sauce

Step 3Cook brown rice with direction on the box.

Step 4Once everything is cooked. Put rice on the bottem of plate and put chicken and sauce on top.
