8 - 10pieces of chicken, cleaned and patted dry
1large can of refried beans
1large can of green enchilada sauce
1 - 2 cupsgrated monterey jack cheese
1envelope of taco seasoning
How to Make Pinch Chicken
- Spread refried beans in a 9 x 13 baking dish
- Place chicken pieces on top of refried beans and sprinkle with all the taco seasoning.
- Mix cheese and enchilada sauce in a small bowl, and spoon over chicken.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour, serve with salad and warm flour tortillas.
