Ingredients
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped
- 1/2 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 8 ounces package cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
How To Make philly chicken

Step 1Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Add the celery, onion, and pepper - saute for one minute. Add the tarragon, lemon pepper and garlic. Cook until the veggies are tender.

Step 2Add the cream, cream cheese, and milk. Stir until cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Do not boil. Add the diced chicken and cook over low heat until heated through.

Step 3Serve over wild rice or pasta of your choice. Sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
