Ingredients
- 2 - boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 slices colby jack cheese
- 1 bottle (ken's) honey mustard dressing
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
How To Make "phil springs chicken"

Step 1In a mixing bowl place the chicken and pour on about half the bottle of honey mustard. Place in fridge to marinate at least 20 minutes.

Step 2Grill or bake your chicken until done. We LOVE the smoky taste that the grill gives the chicken. (Discard remaining marinade.)

Step 3In a pan, fry the bacon til nicely crisp. Remove bacon from the pan and cook the mushrooms in the remaining bacon grease.

Step 4When done, top the chicken with the bacon, a slice of cheese, and mushrooms. Place under broiler for a minute to get the cheese nicely melted. Drizzle some extra honey mustard on top and it's ready to serve with your favorite side dish.
