Ingredients
- 1/2 cup italian-style breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 - 16 oz box penne pasta
- 6 cups cooked, cubed chicken
- 4 cups reduced-fat, shredded itlain style cheese blend
- 3 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
- 1 - 15 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1 - 15 oz jar light alfredo sauce
- 1 - 15 oz jar pesto sauce
- 1-1/2 cup fat-free milk
How To Make pesto chicken pasta casserole

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and oil until blended.

Step 2Cook pasta and drain. In lg bowl, combine chicken, italian cheese blend, spinach, tomatoes, alfredo sauce, pesto sauce and milk. mix well.

Step 3Stir in pasta and scoop into casserole dish. Top w/ breadcrumb mix. Bake about 45 min or until bubbly.
