Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 - 16 oz box penne pasta
  • 6 cups cooked, cubed chicken
  • 4 cups reduced-fat, shredded itlain style cheese blend
  • 3 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 1 - 15 oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 - 15 oz jar light alfredo sauce
  • 1 - 15 oz jar pesto sauce
  • 1-1/2 cup fat-free milk

How To Make pesto chicken pasta casserole

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and oil until blended.
  • Step 2
    Cook pasta and drain. In lg bowl, combine chicken, italian cheese blend, spinach, tomatoes, alfredo sauce, pesto sauce and milk. mix well.
  • Step 3
    Stir in pasta and scoop into casserole dish. Top w/ breadcrumb mix. Bake about 45 min or until bubbly.
