- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine
- - herbs of choice
- - salt and pepper
How To Make perfect chicken breasts

Step 1Add salt, pepper and herbs to chicken In skillet, melt butter and brown chicken on one side. Flip and begin browning on other side

Step 2Add chicken broth and wine to skillet.

Step 3Bring broth and wine to a boil. Cover skillet and lower heat. Poach chicken for 5 - 10 minutes (depending on size and thickness of chicken)

Step 4Remove lid and raise heat. Simmer / boil the remaining wine-broth and turn the chicken to coat. The sauce with condense down to a glaze
