chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 Tbsp
1/4 c
chicken broth
1/4 c
white wine
herbs of choice
salt and pepper

How to Make Perfect Chicken Breasts


  • 1Add salt, pepper and herbs to chicken

    In skillet, melt butter and brown chicken on one side. Flip and begin browning on other side
  • 2Add chicken broth and wine to skillet.
  • 3Bring broth and wine to a boil. Cover skillet and lower heat. Poach chicken for 5 - 10 minutes (depending on size and thickness of chicken)
  • 4Remove lid and raise heat. Simmer / boil the remaining wine-broth and turn the chicken to coat.
