How to Make Perfect Chicken Breasts
1Add salt, pepper and herbs to chicken
In skillet, melt butter and brown chicken on one side. Flip and begin browning on other side
2Add chicken broth and wine to skillet.
3Bring broth and wine to a boil. Cover skillet and lower heat. Poach chicken for 5 - 10 minutes (depending on size and thickness of chicken)
4Remove lid and raise heat. Simmer / boil the remaining wine-broth and turn the chicken to coat.
