3-4 lbchicken pieces
1 bunchfinely chopped green onion
1/4 csoy sauce
1 1/2inch piece on ginger root, grated or minced
6 clovegarlic, minced
How to Make Peking Chicken
- Combine all ingredients except Chicken.
- Place Chicken pieces in a zipper seal bag & pour marinade over Chicken. Seal bag, squeezing out as much air as possible. Knead the bag to evenly coat the Chicken. Refrigerate overnight.
- Grill on BBQ as usual, basting with the marinade during the last 5 minutes.
