How to Make Pecan Crusted Chicken
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Blend egg whites, cornstarch and lemon (dipping mixture).
- Combine remaining ingredients (crusting mixture).
- Dip chicken breast in dipping mixture and then in crusting mixture.
- Saute chicken in oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown and crisp.
- Turn and brown on other side place on sheet pan and roast in oven until done about 8 minutes.
- Test with meat thermometer until 165 degrees.
