Ingredients
- 4 - chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 2 - egg whites
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- - zest of 1 lemon
- 1 cup pecans, crushed
How To Make pecan crusted chicken

Step 1Preheat oven to 450.

Step 2Blend egg whites, cornstarch and lemon (dipping mixture).

Step 3Combine remaining ingredients (crusting mixture).

Step 4Dip chicken breast in dipping mixture and then in crusting mixture.

Step 5Saute chicken in oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown and crisp.

Step 6Turn and brown on other side place on sheet pan and roast in oven until done about 8 minutes.

Step 7Test with meat thermometer until 165 degrees.
