How to Make Pecan Crusted Chicken
- 1Preheat oven to 450.
- 2Blend egg whites, cornstarch and lemon (dipping mixture).
- 3Combine remaining ingredients (crusting mixture).
- 4Dip chicken breast in dipping mixture and then in crusting mixture.
- 5Saute chicken in oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown and crisp.
- 6Turn and brown on other side place on sheet pan and roast in oven until done about 8 minutes.
- 7Test with meat thermometer until 165 degrees.
