How to Make Peanut sauce chicken

  1. Place in the blender: ancho chile, guajillo chile, tomatoes, onion, garlic, all the spices and peanuts. You´ll see a thick sauce. If it looks difficult to blend, add a bit of chicken broth or water.
  2. In a casserole, put some vegetable oil and add the sauce, it has to be thick and smooth, add water or chicken broth as needed (if so), and bring it to boil.
  3. Add the cooked chicken pieces in the sauce, and let them season for 5 minutes while the sauce is boiling.
  4. You can serve the chicken with white rice.
