i create this roasted chicken recipe for the people who didn't have time for a family dinner together,it contain peanut butter.

chicken leg-thigh quarters (about 2 pounds),separated
3/4 c
creamy peanut butter
3 to 4 Tbsp
soy sauce
3 Tbsp
1 Tbsp
italian dressing mix
1 tsp
onion powder
(3-ounce) package honey-roasted peanuts
3/4 c
fine,dry bread crumbs
garlic cloves,minced
1 tsp
sodium-free salt
1/4 tsp
seasoned pepper

How to Make Peanut-Roasted Chicken


  • 1Place chicken in a large heavy-duty,zip-top plastic bag.
  • 2In a medium mixing bowl,combine peanut butter and next
    4 ingredients;stir together.Pour mixture over chicken;
    seal and chill 30 minutes,turning occasionally.Remove
    chicken from marinade,discarding marinade.
  • 3Process peanuts and remaining ingredients in a food processor until mixture is crumbly.Place crumb mixture
    in a heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag;add chicken and seal.Shake to coat.Place chicken in a lightly greased
    13- x 9-inch baking dish.
  • 4Bake at 375 degrees for 45 or until done.
