Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken leg-thigh quarters, separated
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Italian dressing mix
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 3 ounces honey-roasted peanuts
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 4 - garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons ground allspice
- 3 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon sea salt mixed with black pepper
How To Make peanut butter roasted chicken

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2Place chicken pieces in a large ziptop bag.

Step 3In a small bowl, combine peanut butter, teriyaki sauce, honey, Italian seasoning and onion powder; whisk together for 2 minutes until blended.

Step 4Pour mixture over the chicken pieces in the bag; seal and refrigerate for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.

Step 5After that, use tongs to remove the chicken pieces from the bag of marinade and place them on a large plate. Set aside.

Step 6In a large food processor, combine honey roasted peanuts, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, allspice, ground cumin and sea salt/black pepper. Process for 3 minutes until blended.

Step 7Place crumb mixture in a another large ziptop bag; add the chicken and seal. Shake to coat for 35 seconds.

Step 8Place them in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.

Step 9Bake 35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
