My friend donna made this for us tonight and it was the bomb..easy..versatile..sweet and spicy..served with a spinich salad and sweet spinach dressing this was incredible

Ingredients

  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice, frozen concentrate
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces fettucine, uncooked
  • 1 - sweet red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, fresh
  • 3/4 pound chicken sliced into strips

How To Make peanut butter thai chicken

  • Step 1
    Put first 5 ingredients in a microwavable bowl,heat in micro for 1 minute
  • Step 2
    cook chicken in a saucepan..cook noodles until aldente..
  • Step 3
    slice bell pepper and put in with chicken right before done
  • Step 4
    put pasta in a large bowl..pour sauce over chicken and heat until slight simmer..pour over pasta..sprinkle on grated cheese and cilantro and serve
