My friend donna made this for us tonight and it was the bomb..easy..versatile..sweet and spicy..served with a spinich salad and sweet spinach dressing this was incredible

Ingredients
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons orange juice, frozen concentrate
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces fettucine, uncooked
- 1 - sweet red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup cilantro, fresh
- 3/4 pound chicken sliced into strips

Step 1Put first 5 ingredients in a microwavable bowl,heat in micro for 1 minute

Step 2cook chicken in a saucepan..cook noodles until aldente..

Step 3slice bell pepper and put in with chicken right before done

Step 4put pasta in a large bowl..pour sauce over chicken and heat until slight simmer..pour over pasta..sprinkle on grated cheese and cilantro and serve
