Ingredients For peach glazed cornish hens with ginger

2cornish hens, split (1 1/2 pounds to 2 pounds each)

1/2 tspsalt

1 cdried peaches, chopped

1/4 cfresh orange juice

1green onion, sliced

2 Tbspfresh ginger, grated

2 Tbspbrown sugar
-
2 Tbspfresh lime juice

1 Tbspsoy sauce

1 Tbspvegetable oil
How To Make peach glazed cornish hens with ginger

1Place hens, skin side up, in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt; broil 6 inches from the heat 3 to 5 minutes or until the skin is lightly browned. Remove from the oven.

2Combine peaches and remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3Pour sauce over the hens. Bake uncovered, at 375° for 30 minutes or until done.
