I got this recipe from a lady from church. It has been one of our favorites from the begining. Its a complete meal in one dish. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients
- 6-8 slices bacon, uncooked
- 2 cups minute rice, uncooked
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 2 cans water
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 3 pounds chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 package foil wrap
How To Make parson's chicken

Step 1Take a 13x9 pan and lay bacon strips in bottom of pan. Then put uncooked rice over bacon, then chicken, then salt and pepper, then soup, and then water. Cover with foil and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. You can use celery soup or cream of chicken soup if you want a different flavor.
