Ingredients
- 6 chicken leg quarters
- 1 1/2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese grated
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1/2 tablespoon each sweet paprika and oregano
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
How To Make parmesan dijon chicken leg quarters

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spray a baking dish large enough to hold the chicken.

Step 2Combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper and place it on a flat plate

Step 3Melt the butter in a saucepan on the stove and mix in the mustard.

Step 4Brush the chicken leg quarters with the butter mustard mixture then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.

Step 5Bake for about 1 hour until golden and cooked through.
