How to Make Parmesan Crusted Chicken
- Nope didn't measure a thing so use your judgement, depends on how many chicken breast you are using.
- Lightly salt and pepper each side of chicken
In one bowl mix some buttermilk and hot sauce, not a lot of hot sauce maybe 7 shakes. In another bowl mix panko and parmesan and a pinch of salt & pepper.
- Dredge each piece of chicken in buttermilk then roll in bread crumbs. Place in casserole dish and bake until done. I turned my broiler on for a couple of minutes before I took it out of oven.
