How to Make Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Nope didn't measure a thing so use your judgement, depends on how many chicken breast you are using.
  2. Lightly salt and pepper each side of chicken
In one bowl mix some buttermilk and hot sauce, not a lot of hot sauce maybe 7 shakes. In another bowl mix panko and parmesan and a pinch of salt & pepper.
  3. Dredge each piece of chicken in buttermilk then roll in bread crumbs. Place in casserole dish and bake until done. I turned my broiler on for a couple of minutes before I took it out of oven.

*** I lined my dish with foil then put down a piece of parchment paper,, clean up was a snap ***
