This chicken is incredibly moist and tender. It is also INCREDIBLY easy with just a 5 minute prep! It can be altered easily to your own taste and amount you'd like to make. Recipe adapted from the recipe at rita-may-recipes.blogspot.com

Ingredients

  • 6 - medium boneless, skinless chicken breasts, or 3 large breasts, halved
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 9 teaspoons (approx) italian panko breadcrumbs
  • - seasoned salt
  • - garlic powder
  • - pepper

How To Make parmesan crusted chicken

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375. Place chicken breasts in a pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Don't crowd the chicken; leave space around each chicken breast.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle with seasoned salt, garlic powder, and pepper OR seasonings of your choice.
  • Step 3
    In a bowl, stir together the mayo and grated parmesan cheese. Spread over the chicken breast in the pan.
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle each breast with approximately 1 1/2 teaspoons of the italian panko breadcrumbs.
  • Step 5
    Bake chicken at 375 25-30 minutes, dependent on the thickness of chicken breast, until there is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear. Remove from the oven and let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
