Ingredients
- 6 - medium boneless, skinless chicken breasts, or 3 large breasts, halved
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 9 teaspoons (approx) italian panko breadcrumbs
- - seasoned salt
- - garlic powder
- - pepper
How To Make parmesan crusted chicken

Step 1Preheat oven to 375. Place chicken breasts in a pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Don't crowd the chicken; leave space around each chicken breast.

Step 2Sprinkle with seasoned salt, garlic powder, and pepper OR seasonings of your choice.

Step 3In a bowl, stir together the mayo and grated parmesan cheese. Spread over the chicken breast in the pan.

Step 4Sprinkle each breast with approximately 1 1/2 teaspoons of the italian panko breadcrumbs.

Step 5Bake chicken at 375 25-30 minutes, dependent on the thickness of chicken breast, until there is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear. Remove from the oven and let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
