Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup grated parmigano reggiano
- 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
- 6 bone in skin on chicken thighs
How To Make parmesan chicken thighs

Step 1Preheat oven 400 degrees

Step 2Combine the flour, salt, paprika, black pepper and garlic powder in one swallow dish. In another shallow bowl add the eggs and milk and beat until well incorporated. In a third bowl mix the Cheese and panko together.

Step 3Grease a 10 X 15 baking pan. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture shaking off excess. Dredge in the egg mixture then roll in the cheese mixture.

Step 4Place in oven and bake for about an hour.
