How To Make parmesan chicken
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a pie plate combine butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Place paprika, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a large plastic bag and shake to mix. Dip each chicken breast in butter mixture and place in bag. Shake to cover chicken with breading. Lay each piece in ungreased 9 by 13 inch baking pan and drizzle with any remaining butter mixture.
-
Step 2Cover dish with foil. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove fil and continue to bake for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is done and juices run clear. Great served as is or add a side of spaghetti marinara and fresh chpped parsley garnish. These also are really good in an Italian roll with Provalone cheese and marinara sauce.
