Ingredients
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 boneless skinless chicken cut into chunks
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 medium onion thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup creme fraiche or sour cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons each chives and dill minced
How To Make paprika chicken with egg noodles

Step 1Bring a lot pot of water to boil. While the water is coming to a boil place a large skillet over med. high heat. Add olive oil to skillet.Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken until almost done then remove chicken to a plate.

Step 2Add the bell pepper and onion to the skillet and cook until softened. Add the garlic and cook one more minute. Add the chicken stock, paprika and allspice bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and whip in the creme fraiche or sour cream. Add the chicken back to the pan. Taste and adjust for salt and pepper.

Step 3Once the noodles are cooked and drained Add the butter, chives, and dill. Mix well. Serve the chicken mixture over the noodles.
